By unanimous consent of all active duty pilots, and insistence by the rest of the Command Staff, Rob "Biggs" Baden is hereby promoted to the rank of full colonel. 2 July 2010AwardsBiggs, Red CO
I have some awards to present. Because of their hard work and dedication in trying to keep Blue going, regardless of the current outcome, I hereby present--with the consent of their former commanding officer--all six Blues with the Blue Distinguished Service Citation. You all earned them, you all did your best, and don´t ever think that Blue closed because of you. So, EVEN MORE drinks to buy.

30 June 2010New Communications OfficerBiggs, Red CO
In complete agreement amongst the Command Staff, Jack "Frosty" Markham is promoted to the rank of Captain and made the new Communications Officer for the unit and website. Please welcome him to the new position and, of course, get to drinking!

30 June 2010PromotionBiggs, Red CO
Because of his progress over the last several months, and his strong work ethic, I hereby--with the consultation of Paul "Rogue" Sweet as his former commanding officer--promote Kyle "Gnoizic Mandal to the rank of Second Lieutenant. This well overdue promotion comes with a bar tab, so drink up!

30 June 2010Leave of AbsenceBiggs, Red CO
Due to an extremely busy schedule, Chris "Pip" Layne has decided to step down from his duties as Communications Officer with a rank reduction to Captain and take an extended Leave of Absence. He will remain on the flight line until such time that we are too annoyed with him and toss him out on his six, so by tomorrow he´ll be gone :-P

30 June 2010ReintegrationBiggs, Red CO
Due to several reasons, the command staff personnel of both Blue and Red have agreed to reintegrate into one unit--Red Squadron--again. Effectively immediately, all personnel from Blue are transfered latterly to Red with the same ranks (with the exception of Paul "Rogue" Sweet, who is taking a reduction to the grade of Major). Please welcome all new Reds to the unit!

21 June 2010Pilot TransferRogue, Blue CO
Due to Dee´s performance in recent missions and in the simulators she has decided that she no longer wishes to be a combat pilot, instead she has requested to to become a mechanic once again. Dee will remain on-board the Morning Star as a senior mechanic under Pappy´s command. This transfer takes place with immediate affect.
