I remember when he joined, eons ago, he another young buck enthused by the prospect of adventure in the Star Wars universe and an eager participant in Red Squadron. Over the years, he has earned his place, he has earned all of our respect. I would like to apologize for the fact that itīs taken so long, you deserve this award and have deserved it for quite a while. It is because of this that the Command Staff has unanimously voted to promote Flight Officer Kyle "Gnoizic" Mandal to the rank of Lieutenant!
